5 listopada 2019 r. Sąd Okręgowy w Lublinie przyznał na rzecz jednego z reprezentowanych przez Kancelarię Powodów kwotę 110 000 zł zadośćuczynienia i 9 619,75 zł tytułem kosztów procesu oraz 130 000 zł zadośćuczynienia i 10 843,55 zł tytułem kosztów procesu na rzecz drugiego z reprezentowanych przez Kancelarię Powodów.
